Description
The Elections Data and Analytics Manager serves as the Division of Elections' subject matter expert for statewide election data governance, voter registration data integrity, reporting, analytics, data integration, performance measurement, and election technology. The role manages data quality and standards, produces state and federal reports and dashboards, maintains and integrates voter registration systems, supports ballot review and election certification, troubleshoots software and network issues, provides advanced technical support to county election commissions, and contributes to cybersecurity, training, documentation, and disaster recovery. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field and at least five years of experience in database administration, business intelligence, or data analytics, along with advanced SQL Server experience.
