The role involves reading engineering prints, soldering and installing wire components, using hand and power tools, performing functional testing, and stamping serial numbers. Candidates should be able to read prints or be willing to learn, have at least one year of assembly experience in a manufacturing environment, and demonstrate attention to detail, quality commitment, and comfort with tools and electrical components.
