VINCORION is hiring a full-time Electric Machine Builder / Electronics Technician for Machinery and Drive Technology / Winder for Electric Motors in Essen, North Rhine-Westphalia. The role involves winding coils, preparing insulation, crimping and soldering, performing electrical tests, transporting materials, and supporting continuous improvement and occupational safety. Candidates need completed training in electric machine building, electronics, or mechatronics, professional winder experience, manual dexterity, quality orientation, material and process knowledge, and basic MS Office and quality assurance knowledge; SAP knowledge is desirable. The position offers approximately €45,000 gross annual pay for 35 hours per week, with benefits including vacation, bonuses, training, and on-site meals.
