Description
AEP is hiring a Distribution Dispatcher Associate to monitor SCADA and grid telemetry, isolate faults, restore service, issue switching orders, coordinate crews and contractors, and respond to outages and emergencies. The role requires rotating 10-12 hour shifts, call-out availability, and training and testing; applicants must live within or relocate to within 45 minutes of the AEPOH Gahanna building. Compensation is $63,496-$79,369 for the Associate level, with progression opportunities to higher Distribution Dispatcher and Distribution Dispatcher Sr. levels.
