Description
The Electrical & Controls Engineer II supports a 24/7 continuous manufacturing operation at the Waterville Complex by improving automation reliability, troubleshooting controls systems, programming PLCs, HMIs, and VFDs, leading capital and plant-driven controls projects, coordinating vendors and contractors, and supporting electrical safety and standards compliance. The role also mentors electricians, technicians, and junior engineers and requires a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or electrical engineering technology plus at least three years of manufacturing or industrial electrical and controls engineering experience.
