Clorox is hiring an Electrical & Controls Principal Engineer (Operational Technology) to lead high-complexity electrical, controls, automation, and infrastructure projects across manufacturing sites. The role manages capital projects from concept through startup, leads system integration and commissioning, supports operational checkout, evaluates new technologies, and partners with internal teams and external engineering firms. Candidates need 8–12 years of manufacturing engineering or operations experience, strong electrical and controls expertise, Rockwell Automation knowledge, experience with industrial data systems, and the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple projects.
