Ford is hiring a Plant Vehicle Team Engineer to own electrical and electronic module quality on the Bronco and Ranger programs at its Michigan Assembly Plant. The role supports design projects, WERS concerns, plant trials, stop-ship/build containment, quality meetings, and vehicle triage using diagnostic and engineering systems. It requires a bachelor's degree in computer or electrical engineering or equivalent education and experience, at least three years of quality containment and corrective-action experience, and at least two years of experience with automotive quality and engineering systems. The position is hybrid, requires onsite work four or more days per week, and offers a base salary of $86,600 to $144,900.
