Description
Rising Edge Group is hiring a Registered Electrical Apprentice to support substation construction and maintenance projects throughout British Columbia. Reporting to a Journeyperson Electrician, the apprentice assists with installation, troubleshooting, repair, testing, and preventive maintenance of low- and high-voltage equipment, including transformers, circuit breakers, switches, protection and control equipment, SCADA systems, HMIs, and RTUs. The role includes grounding grid installation, structural steel erection, cabling, documentation, and safety-compliant field work, with travel to remote sites, rotational schedules, and work at heights. Compensation is listed at $24.50–$41.70 CAD per hour, with benefits and travel or camp support.
