Cinterra is hiring an Apprenticeship Apprentice to support utility-scale solar construction projects. The role assists supervisors, foremen, and electricians with installations, troubleshooting, repairs, calibrations, blueprint interpretation, site logistics, equipment handling, and customer communication. It is part of a four-year registered apprenticeship combining classroom learning and on-the-job training, with requirements including a high school diploma or GED, eligibility to work in the United States, physical ability to work outdoors and lift up to 50 pounds, and willingness to work extended hours and travel full-time.
