Description
The Apprenticeship Program Manager will administer and grow Amteck's registered apprenticeship program, serving as the primary contact for apprentices and coordinating enrollment, documentation, on-the-job training, compliance, and progress tracking. The role partners with field leadership and supervisors, supports broader training and development initiatives, improves program processes, and may travel to job sites and regional offices. Candidates need at least five years of electrical construction experience, strong National Electrical Code knowledge, frequent travel availability, and strong communication and relationship-building skills; training, mentoring, and bilingual English/Spanish experience are preferred.
