Description
The Assembly Operator sets up equipment, performs minor maintenance, follows blueprints and work instructions, inspects and assembles terminated wires and harnesses, applies identification labels, and maintains production records and a clean work area. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, blueprint-reading ability, decimal and fraction use, safe pneumatic-tool operation, and on-the-job training. It involves repetitive physical work, lifting up to 50 pounds, and requires indefinite U.S. work authorization; future sponsorship is not available.
