ABEC is hiring a full-time Electrical Assembler in Springfield, Missouri to build, test, modify, inspect, and repair electrical equipment and components used in biopharmaceutical manufacturing. The role involves reading and interpreting drawings, fabricating electrical equipment and specialty parts, soldering and assembling components, supporting start-up and equipment repair, preparing equipment for shipment, and participating in safety and continuous improvement efforts. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, two years of post-graduate manufacturing education, two years of electrical assembly or industrial controls experience, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and readiness for physically demanding work in a manufacturing or customer-site environment.
