Description
Mindlance is hiring an Electrical Assembler for its Space and Defense Group. The role reports to the Manufacturing Supervisor and follows a 9/80 schedule with onsite work in Gilbert, Arizona. Responsibilities include soldering and crimping printed circuit boards and wire harnesses, assembling chassis and final units, performing board-level repairs, interpreting assembly drawings and BOMs, following ESD and traceability procedures, and collaborating with engineering on troubleshooting and testing improvements. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent training and at least five years of hands-on electrical assembly and soldering experience, with expertise in crimping, medical device assembly, board-level repair, and electronic units.
