The role includes drilling, tapping, reaming, aligning, bolting, crimping wires, installing conduit, assisting with employee training, maintaining 5S standards, and working on-site with regular attendance and overtime availability. Candidates need two years of prior assembly-related experience, basic arithmetic and measurement skills, and the ability to work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
