Nott Company is hiring an Electrical Assembly Technician to assemble wire harnesses, cable assemblies, control enclosures, and electrical panels; read schematics and blueprints; crimp, terminate, test, label, and route wires; maintain production and quality records; and support packaging and continuous-improvement activities. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of relevant electrical assembly or manufacturing experience, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to follow detailed instructions and lift up to 50 pounds.
