Owen Electric Company is hiring an Electrical Preconstruction Superintendent in St. Augustine, Florida, to lead preconstruction strategy for large-scale commercial, industrial, and hyperscale data center projects. The role focuses on Lean Construction, strategic buyouts, prefabrication planning and integration, constructability reviews, procurement and long-lead equipment risk management, sequencing and manpower planning, and operational readiness. The position requires 15+ years of electrical construction experience, including 5+ years in a Superintendent or equivalent leadership role, along with experience in preconstruction, prefabrication, BIM, and construction software.
