The Electrical Construction Engineer supports utility-scale solar power plant construction by ensuring HSE and quality requirements, coordinating between the construction site, engineering, logistics, and project management, performing and documenting quality checks, monitoring safety guidelines, assembling electrical components, resolving engineering changes, preparing projects, and carrying out electrical measurements. The role requires vocational electrician training or an electrical engineering degree, construction-site experience, occupational safety knowledge, MS Office, subcontractor experience, English, strong technical understanding, willingness to travel up to 85%, and a class B driver’s license.
