Description
The Electrical Construction Foreman leads and performs electrical installations, alterations, additions, and repairs across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The role manages on-site construction safety, schedules and assigns field personnel, coordinates installations and project close-outs, maintains customer relationships, and ensures compliance with NEC, state, and local codes. It requires journeyperson-level electrical skills, knowledge of blueprints and shop drawings, ability to work with live or energized parts, and completion of an accredited apprenticeship program or six years of on-the-job electrical experience; a Journeyman License is required in applicable jurisdictions.
