Description
HDR is hiring an Electrical Construction Inspector to oversee electrical installation and acceptance testing for civil infrastructure projects, maintain daily field records, coordinate with field representatives and project managers, interpret construction documents, identify discrepancies, and guide less-experienced staff. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, completion of a five-year electrical apprenticeship or a state journeyman's license, journey-level electrical construction or maintenance experience in heavy industrial environments, knowledge of electrical codes and standards, SCADA experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Transit construction experience is preferred; preemployment drug screening is required, and visa sponsorship is unavailable.
