The role involves construction planning, equipment procurement and installation, contractor and site-team management, quality control, cost and schedule tracking, risk management, stakeholder communication, project documentation, and regulatory compliance. Candidates need a relevant electrical engineering qualification, at least 8 years of similar experience with an M&E contractor, prior management of large site teams, strong organizational and communication skills, time management, and proficiency with Microsoft programs; data centre experience is advantageous.
