SNEF is hiring a site manager for its Villeparisis agency to oversee electrical construction projects for big-box retail and commercial properties across the greater Paris region. The role manages technical, commercial, and personnel activities on sites, coordinates internal and subcontractor teams, serves as the client contact, monitors safety, quality, resources, schedules, and productivity, prepares quotations, supports site handover and acceptance documentation, and enforces QHSE rules. Regular night work is required. The position requires HV/LV electrical expertise, current electrical authorizations, elevated work platform certification, relevant retail or tertiary-sector experience, listening skills, and strong organization.
