Description
The Controls Engineer designs, develops, manufactures, installs, and tests control systems and prepares supporting engineering documentation. The role collaborates with project managers, group leaders, customers, suppliers, purchasing, production, sales, and service teams; manages budgets and schedules; defines control-system specifications; and provides technical direction to manufacturing and purchasing. The position requires 3–5 years of control-system design and development experience, a bachelor's degree, strong communication and project-management skills, and availability for travel, overtime, and irregular schedules.
