Sander Personalmanagement is hiring a full-time Electrical Control Panel and Systems Fitter in Gera to assemble low-voltage switchgear systems, mechanically process control panels and accessories, fabricate busbars, and coordinate production planning, scheduling, and quality management. The role requires vocational training in plant fitting or gas and water installation, mechanical component experience, electrical engineering fundamentals, drawing knowledge, a driver’s license, mobility, German language skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team.
