Eaton’s Electrical Division is hiring an Electrical Controls Engineer for its Waukesha, Wisconsin facility, with relocation support offered. The role supports plant leadership by developing testing and assembly processes, designing and troubleshooting production equipment and electrical systems, programming PLCs and HMIs, developing SQL and SCADA interfaces, performing root-cause analysis, and leading continuous-improvement and change-management initiatives. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least four years of controls or test engineering experience, and PLC/HMI programming and troubleshooting experience; SQL, LabVIEW, TestStand, Ignition, and Rockwell software experience are preferred.
