Fitesa is hiring an Automation Controls Engineer to design, program, troubleshoot, and lead projects involving PLCs, HMIs, drives, robotics, DCS systems, and industrial control systems in a highly automated manufacturing environment. The role covers equipment upgrades, continuous improvement, machine installations, technical training, documentation, safety procedures, and production performance initiatives. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 3–5 years of automation or controls engineering experience, troubleshooting and statistical analysis skills, and familiarity with manufacturing processes or equipment, preferably in the polymer industry.
