Description
The Maintenance Electrical/Controls Supervisor directs electrical activities in a plant, supervises and trains electrical technicians, plans and procures supplies, installs and repairs wiring, control apparatus, and production and water-treatment equipment, and performs troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and power-up work. The role requires extensive knowledge of motor control systems, instrumentation, PLCs, ladder logic, and electrical safety, along with five years of supervisory experience in the electrical or electronic field.
