OCMI is hiring an Electrical Cost Estimator in the Portland, Oregon and Seattle, Washington area to perform quantity take-offs, preliminary pricing, construction-document interpretation, cost-model development, vendor research, document control, and quality assurance for construction projects. The role requires electrical cost estimating experience, construction-document interpretation, Microsoft Excel proficiency, and strong communication skills; 2–5 years of vertical construction or engineering cost estimating experience is preferred. The position offers hybrid flexibility, medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) match, paid leave, and compensation of $115,000–$125,000.
