AECOM is hiring an Electrical Department Manager to lead and grow its electrical engineering team in the Kitchener/London region. The role combines people leadership, technical oversight, client engagement, project delivery, and practice growth across buildings and infrastructure markets. The manager will oversee medium- and low-voltage power systems, lighting, life safety, communications, controls, and related systems; mentor engineers and technical staff; support proposals and business development; and represent AECOM nationally and externally. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, eight years of relevant experience or equivalent education, Professional Engineer licensure with Professional Engineers Ontario, and the ability to obtain at least Reliability Level security clearance.
