Description
BMG is hiring an Electrical Design Engineer in Knoxville, Tennessee to design electrical and safety circuits for robotic and automated packaging equipment. The role includes creating AutoCAD Electrical schematics and panel layouts, preparing bills of materials, performing electrical sizing calculations, supporting design modifications and troubleshooting, and assisting with panel fabrication, automation development, equipment startup, and field installations. The position requires an ABET-accredited electrical engineering degree or equivalent education and experience, three years of related experience, knowledge of controls and safety standards, and the ability to work legally in the United States on a permanent basis; visa sponsorship is not available.
