Cross Company is hiring an Electrical Design Engineer to develop industrial control panel proposals and complex drawing packages using AutoCAD Electrical and UL standards. The role supports customer and project-team requirements, develops system architecture and bills of materials, mentors a supporting drafter, performs technical checks, and may support sales, on-site service calls, and plant-site work. Candidates need a two-year technology or engineering degree or equivalent experience, three years of industrial panel design experience, knowledge of electrical principles and industry standards, and familiarity with PLCs, DCS, Ethernet, and industrial protocols.
