INVIRO is hiring a full-time, on-site Electrical Design Engineer to prepare detailed electrical designs, production drawings, schematics, layouts, specifications, and documentation for industrial, commercial, and institutional buildings. The role includes coordinating with clients and consultants, resolving technical problems, ensuring ASHRAE and LEED compliance, reviewing shop drawings, and selecting equipment. Candidates must have a post-secondary degree in electrical engineering or a related field, a Professional Engineer designation, membership with the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec, and at least five years of relevant electrical engineering experience. The position is based in Scarborough or Ottawa, Ontario, with compensation of $85,000 to $120,000 per year.
