Description
The Electrical Design Engineer will plan production for industrial water, wastewater, and environmental facilities using AutoCAD and Revit; coordinate design elements across architecture, structures, environmental, civil, and landscape disciplines; develop distribution station plans and specifications; collaborate on SCADA, automation, instrumentation, and system layouts; and prepare electrical calculations for power distribution, lighting, controls, and fire alarm systems. The role requires knowledge of low- and medium-voltage power systems, instrumentation, controls, lighting, and fire alarm systems, familiarity with relevant building codes and standards, proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit, and a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience. A Professional Engineer license is preferred or obtainable within 12 months of hire.
