A-hub is seeking an Electrical Design Engineer to work as a consultant for 12 months on a client assignment in Ludvika. The role focuses on designing control and protection systems for HVDC facility upgrades, including control cabinets, hardware, circuit diagrams, cable development, layouts, drawings, technical support, and coordination with customers and engineering teams. The position may involve international travel and offers a potential direct-hire opportunity with the client after the consulting period. Candidates need several years of hardware-design experience, post-secondary education in electrical power engineering or a similar field, strong CAD skills, Swedish and English fluency, and analytical collaboration abilities.
