Description
HDR is hiring an Electrical Designer to provide electrical design and coordinate the electrical design team on large data center, technology, media, and telecommunications projects through schematic design and contract document phases. The role includes agency coordination, project-site work sessions, discipline conflict checks, specifications and equipment selection, addenda, RFIs, CPRs, change orders, construction contract administration, and QA/QC. A bachelor's degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering with an electrical emphasis, an EIT certificate, and experience with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Revit, SKM, AGI, and Easy Power are required; five years of North American data center or TMT electrical design experience is preferred.
