Ford is hiring an Electrical Distribution System (EDS) Quality Engineer to lead failure-mode analysis, risk analysis, root-cause investigations, preventive actions, quality documentation, and process-control improvements for low-voltage and high-voltage vehicle systems. The role partners with design, release, program management, engineering, and supplier teams and requires a relevant engineering bachelor’s degree plus at least two years of EDS experience. It is a hybrid position with a salary range of $84,480 to $162,120 and does not offer visa sponsorship or relocation assistance.
