CIMA+ is hiring an Electrical Design Engineer to prepare drawings, calculations, analyses, reports, and designs for electrical substations, generation facilities, and industrial facilities. The role includes developing one-line diagrams, physical layouts, material lists, conduit and cable sizing, AC and DC system calculations, grounding, and performing site visits through design, construction, and as-built phases. A bachelor’s degree in engineering, an Engineer In Training certificate, Microsoft Office skills, and a commitment to the company’s employee-owned culture are required; AutoCAD, utility or consulting experience, and electrical design software experience are preferred.
