This job posting seeks a highly experienced engineer with over seven years of professional experience in designing, developing, testing, and supervising the manufacturing/integration of electrical and electronic equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in systems analysis, architecture, support, evaluation, and logistics, particularly for C4ISR or similar DoD R&D programs. A TS/SCI clearance is required, along with demonstrated leadership in research and development, independent decision-making, and extensive experience in various functional areas such as intelligence and mission capabilities, architecture, applications, and mission integration. While three years of experience in DARPA or similar organizations is preferred, it can be substituted with experience supporting DARPA requirements.
