Description
The Electrical/Electronics Engineer II will support the implementation of FAA National Airspace Systems at FAA facilities, including site surveys, engineering design, cabling, equipment installation, checkout, acceptance inspections, documentation, and project closeout. The role requires a bachelor's degree in electrical or electronics engineering, at least five years of relevant experience, nationwide travel, and FAA background checks. It is based in Des Moines, Washington, with five days in the office, occasional travel, and up to 20% night or weekend work; the temporary term is approximately six months and may be extended or converted depending on workload and performance.
