Torex Gold Resources is hiring an Electrical Engineer to safely execute fixed-asset electrical maintenance work orders in an underground mining operation in Mexico. The role involves maintaining low- and medium-voltage networks and mining electrical equipment, diagnosing electrical failures, recording maintenance data, following lockout/tagout, safety, environmental, PPE, and operating procedures, and completing shift reports. Candidates need relevant electrical, electronics, or electromechanical education or technician training, three years of electrical mine-maintenance experience, diagram-reading and diagnostic skills, underground field-work experience, and Microsoft Office 365 proficiency.
