Description
Lam Research is hiring an Electrical Engineer to design and develop complex electrical systems and subsystems for semiconductor deposition equipment, including heater and pressure control, power delivery, embedded controls, RF power, motion control, safety certification, and software functional specifications. The role involves research and development, testing and validation, technical reporting, cross-functional collaboration, and mentoring junior colleagues. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field with 8+ years of experience, or a master’s degree with 6+ years of experience, along with extensive electronic circuit, power distribution, PCB, controls, and CAD experience. The position requires travel to Fremont, California, and offers On-site Flex or Virtual Flex work arrangements.
