Description
The Electrical Engineer will design, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve electrical systems, PLC controls, robotics, and automation at the ClosetMaid Ocala manufacturing and distribution facility. Responsibilities include PLC and robotic programming, HMI and sensor integration, Arc Flash analysis and training, Lockout/Tagout procedures, risk assessments, electrical safety compliance, equipment upgrades, and Lean and Six Sigma initiatives. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, hands-on PLC and robotic-systems experience, and familiarity with industrial controls, networking, and relevant safety standards.
