3dB Labs is hiring a full-time Electrical Engineer in West Chester, Ohio to design, develop, test, and verify analog and digital electronic circuits and RF-adjacent hardware. The role supports government program milestones, hardware documentation, RF systems integration, lab and field testing, prototype development, and production transition, while collaborating with RF systems, DSP software, and program management teams. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in electrical or computer engineering or a related field, 3–6 years of relevant experience, formal design-review experience, schematic and PCB skills, RF knowledge, and an active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
