Description
Prime Air is hiring an Electrical Engineer to design and develop electronic hardware and avionics systems for Prime Air drones. The role covers avionics compute and distributed-system hardware, analog and digital components, electrical analysis, schematics, PCB layouts, component selection, prototype testing, and formal verification including DO-160 and DO-254. The position works with internal and external vendors and supports hardware from concept through mass production. It requires a bachelor's degree in electrical or computer engineering, at least six years of hardware design and validation experience, and six years of electrical engineering experience in relevant fields. The Seattle-based role offers a base salary of 137,300 to 185,700 USD annually, with health, dental, vision, and other benefits.
