The role covers planning electrical and telecommunications and information technology systems, preparing cost estimates, contributing to due diligence and feasibility studies, collaborating in interdisciplinary and multinational teams, and supporting construction supervision. The position requires 5 to 10 years of professional experience in the German market, experience across all HOAI service phases, BIM and BIM360 proficiency, fluent German and English, and an interest in AI tools.
