AECOM is hiring an electrical engineer to support mining projects in the planning and design phases from its Denver, Colorado office. The role provides technical advice, performs electrical calculations and equipment sizing, develops design documents and specifications, reviews vendor shop drawings, leads electrical design on mid- to large projects, and coordinates multidisciplinary engineering efforts. The position requires a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, six years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience, a Professional Engineering license, and a valid U.S. driver's license. Field experience, Colorado or other Western-state PE licensure, MSHA Miner training, instrumentation and controls experience, and 3D CAD knowledge are preferred. The role does not provide sponsorship or relocation, and travel to domestic and international project locations is required.
