Description
The Electrical Engineer will provide technical and engineering support to maintenance, operations, safety, and quality teams in the Finishing Department. Responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment and process issues, restoring production, improving preventive maintenance, managing equipment rebuilds and capital projects, supporting PLC and automation systems, and analyzing data for continuous improvement. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, at least one year of electrical engineering experience, and at least one year of manufacturing experience; it is 100% onsite in Alcoa, Tennessee, with no visa sponsorship available.
