Areté is hiring a full-time, exempt, non-supervisory Electrical Engineer to support the design, integration, testing, and troubleshooting of complex electro-mechanical and electro-optic systems. The role covers electrical test equipment, PCB development, harness and interconnect design, system documentation, debugging, and integration with motors, drives, sensors, controllers, and communication links. Candidates need a relevant engineering degree, experience with technical design review and troubleshooting, and the ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams; the position is based in Healdsburg, California, and requires U.S. citizenship, a criminal background screen, and eligibility for classified-information access.
