Description
Base is hiring an Electrical Engineer to own the end-to-end design of energy storage systems, including inverters, batteries, and microgrid interconnect devices. The role covers specifications, architecture, schematic capture, PCB layout, board bring-up, validation, reliability and functional testing, high-voltage and high-current testing, system-level debugging, and collaboration with mechanical, firmware, test, and reliability teams through high-volume manufacturing. The position requires electrical engineering education or equivalent experience, power and embedded systems design, PCB and hardware validation skills, familiarity with embedded firmware and Python, laboratory equipment, power semiconductors, automotive networking, and control theory.
