BESTECH, operating as Spencer Engineering, is hiring a full-time Electrical Engineer (Mine Hoist) to support the design, assessment, modernization, commissioning, and project delivery of mine hoisting systems across North America. The role combines electrical engineering, technical design, field inspections, QA/QC, client management, and project leadership, with approximately 25% travel to client sites and the remainder based in the Owen Sound office. Candidates need at least four years of related experience, an electrical engineering degree, a P.Eng or equivalent Canadian engineering license, and a valid driver's license and passport.
