CIMA+ is hiring an Electrical Engineer to design, validate, review, and integrate electrical and control systems for hydroelectric power plants and major refurbishment projects in Quebec and across Canada. The role covers turbine-generator units, command and protection systems, automation, switchgear, auxiliary services, equipment sizing, technical specifications, multidisciplinary coordination, construction supervision, and acceptance testing, while also mentoring junior engineers. The position requires an electrical engineering degree, OIQ membership, at least five years of relevant experience, French and English communication skills, and a Class 5 driver’s license, and offers a flexible hybrid work model.
